I was conned by the limited edition Charlotte Tilbury Pinkgasm, through its ‘Virtual Try on’. Here is how it was meant to look. Update, the original picture has ‘vanished’ from this post, and it wasn’t available on my phone as it was at Samsung getting fixed and all my content was deleted by them. Their virtual try on showed it as a really vibrant funky pink with a glittery finish. I couldn’t get the same lip image when I did it again.

Except it’s just a pink lip gloss that looks nothing like its virtual try on and is not worth its £22 price tag.

I would not buy again.

Enter Beauty Pie’s Wondergloss

One lip gloss that I’ve been buying consistently for years, and also gifting to family and friends, is Beauty Pie’s Wondergloss. Not only does it taste like milky bars, according to my husband who loves to kiss me with it on, it’s a wonderful lip gloss that is moisturising and plumps the lips too.

It’s available in a variety of shades and doesn’t even require a mirror to apply it. It’s one of those cosmetics that makes your lips feel and look great. Beauty Pie has come far. It’s luxe shine lipsticks are glossy too and taste like chocolate.

Beauty Pie subscriptions start from just £4.95 per month, and you can buy Wondergloss for only £10.

Charlotte Tilbury may be an up and coming cosmetics brand, but it’s limited edition Pinkgasm isn’t that unique, and it’s certainly not worth it’s £22 price tag. You could bag yourself two tubes of Beauty Pie’s Wondergloss for the excessive Charlotte Tilbury Pinkgasm price tag.
